StaffExecutive Director: Glenn FrickeResident Advocate: Dr. Cheryl Brown Her role as advocate is to provide a vehicle for residents to give input to in-house staff and ensure that the review committee is responsive and accountable to the needs of each resident. Dr. Brown meets with current residents to gain insight into their individual histories. This communication between her and the residents assists in developing individual action plans and referring residents to community resources. She also reviews with individual residents weekly what is working and what may need to be changed to promote independence. Ultimately the Resident Advocate helps to improve the quality of life for the individual and the quality of services provided at Safe Harbor.
