The exhibition includes painters in oil, watercolor and acrylic, collage artists, sculptors, ceramic artists, glass artists and jewelers. All works will be for sale and the artists are giving 30 percent of the sale price to Safe Harbor. This year artists are displaying many works priced $300 or less.

There will be an exciting silent auction of works donated by the artists which will close Saturday at 2:00. One hundred percent of the auction sales will help Safe Harbor continue to provide meals, housing and guidance to the area’s homeless.Artwork by Doris Davis-Glackin

Harmony House, a Community Partnership to Benefit the Homeless

Harmony House The empty lot on the corner of Potter and Harmony Alleys in West Chester will soon be home to a brand new carriage house for sale to anyone wishing to live in the borough of West Chester.

100% of the proceeds from the sale of this property will be divided between Safe Harbor of Chester County and Friends Association for Care and Protection of Children.

Local Developers Eli Kahn, Jack Loew and Gary Toll have conceived and organized this project as a way to give back to our community. The goal is to involve area businesses and contractors and many have already committed to donating goods and services to make this happen. Let us know if you want to be a part of this tremendous project.

The foundation for Harmony House will be laid soon. We will be providing updates and photos as the house begins to grow….
